Regional Sales Manager

Description and Duties

The RSM will be a key member of the Sales and Business Development team reporting to the Vice President of Sales. The RSM will be responsible for sales of Mistletoe's embedded (hardware and software) solutions. A successful candidate should have the following background and experience.

Requirements

  • Experience selling embedded security products into Network Equipment/Appliance, ODMs and Switch Manufacturers

  • Experience creating, cultivating and closing design wins

  • Ability to quickly explore and qualify new market opportunities

  • Ability to manage, develop, and grow strategic customer relationships

  • Strong understanding of network security and networking appliance market

  • Ability to work in an exciting, fast paced environment and deliver on aggressive design win and revenue objectives

  • Existing relationship with network appliance, network equipment manufacturers, and ODMs

  • Ability to travel

  • Team player

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
