Mistletoe Technologies products are subject to United States export controls on encryption technology and are eligible for export under certain provisions of License Exception ENC. The Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for Mistletoe products is 5A002. Therefore, certain limitations apply to the export of our products from the U.S. as well as subsequent re-exports from third countries.

These restrictions may be summarized as follows:

• A license is required to export or re-export Mistletoe Technologies products to any end-users in Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan or Syria.
• A license is required to export or re-export Mistletoe Technologies products to government end-users, unless the government end-user is located in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom.
• Depending on to whom and to where you are exporting Mistletoe Technologies products you may be required to report the exports on a semi-annual basis to the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
• The U.S. prohibits all exports to certain end-users. BIS and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) publish lists of these persons.
